Ingredients for making Chicken Fricasse with Creamy White Sauce:
1 chicken breast
1 can of drained corn
1½ tablespoons of butter
1½ tablespoons of wheat flour
½ liter of milk
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 handful of grated parmesan or mozzarella
How to make Chicken Fricasse with Creamy White Sauce:
Cook a chicken breast, shred and mix with corn. Reserve.
